Head Facialist/Beauty Therapist
About the Role
As Head Facialist / Beauty Therapist at Bello Wello, you’ll be a leader in our skin care offerings. We are looking for someone who not only has technical expertise but also truly cares about each client’s journey. Maintaining and growing our reputation for excellence in skin and beauty care, and be an ambassador for our brand and product partners (Le Paar & INBLUEM).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive skin assessments; recommend and perform facial treatments (cleansing, exfoliation, masks, hydration, etc.).
Perform waxing and tinting services.
Educate clients about skincare rituals, product use, and aftercare.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and treatment room presentation.
Work collaboratively as part of the Bello Wello team.
Build and grow your client base: care, communication, retention, referrals; contribute to the business’s reputation.
Stay current with new treatment techniques, product lines, trends.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
In-depth experience in skin care (facials etc.), plus waxing & tinting.
Outstanding client care & communication skills: listening, empathy, clear explanations.
Adaptive and compassionate: able to tailor treatments to different skin, comfort levels, and concerns.
Integrity: someone who “walks the talk,” lives the craft.
Team player; community-minded; enthusiastic about contributing to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
Willingness to learn our product lines (Le Paar, INBLUEM) and use/represent them well.

Remedial Massage Therapist
About the Role
We are looking for a gifted Remedial Massage Therapist to join Bello Wello. Someone who cares deeply about client health & wellbeing. Bringing both technical skill (remedial, deep tissue, relaxation, pregnancy massage ideally), warmth, consistency and collaboration. Helping clients feel lighter, more connected to themselves, to support their ongoing wellness, and grow your craft within our space.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remedial, deep tissue, relaxation massage; pregnancy massage experience preferred.
Conduct consultations, understand the client’s history, needs, and adjust treatments accordingly.
Knowledge of injuries, health conditions and how best to support complex cases.
Establish rapport and trust; deliver excellent communication and client care.
Maintain an excellent standard of hygiene, treatment room setup, and tools.
Be part of the team: cross-referrals, contributing ideas/feedback.
Build a loyal client base: retention, referrals, reputation.
Ability to work Saturdays.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent).
Experience in remedial and deep tissue massage; pregnancy massage a plus.
Strong communication skills; compassionate, attentive.
Holds or able to obtain a Health Fund Provider Number.
Team-oriented; contributing to a caring community environment.

Holistic Therapy Practitioner
About the Role
We are currently opening the door for a Holistic Therapy Practitioner to join our team. This role is intentionally open — we’d love to hear from those who feel aligned with our values and who are seeking a space to grow their practice within a supportive, like-minded environment.

A qualified practitioner in a holistic therapy modality (e.g. Chiropractor, Massage, Women’s Health, Bodywork, Holistic GP or another complementary practices).
